- The idea of creating a sense of purpose for your team or entire company is daunting enough. Let alone getting employees to actually embrace and be motivated by that purpose. But it's something you absolutely can accomplish by following what I call, the purpose pyramid. A process that helps you create deeply motivating purpose at the company or team level that everyone will get behind. There's five steps, captured in the acronym, DRIVE. Let's cover them.
