(ambient music) - Welcome to Sky Yogi. I'm your yogi for the day, Eric Leija. We're going to begin a head neck and shoulder routine now. Which starts with you sitting up nice and tall. Your head, neck and shoulders relaxed. Inhale first in through your nose and on the exhale, rotate over left. Chin over collarbone. One more time. And exhale just a little further as you pull your right shoulder back. Back to center, inhale there and exhale over right. Relax your left shoulder back. Two more... (deep breathing) Back to center. Now keep your chest up and slowly drop the crown of the head down as you exhale and bringing the chin down toward the chest. Two more breaths. (deep breathing) And one more. (deep breathing) And back to center. Now, I'm going to have you be careful with your flying passenger here, person next you. Put your hand over the top. Inhale here and exhale slowly, keeping the shoulders…
