- I think that the millennials work really hard. I think what they don't do, and again, I think they're probably right, is they don't want to work on something, for someone at a place where they don't understand what they're contributing. They truly want to contribute to move things forward. So, sitting at a desk filling out Excel all day is not anything that a millennial's willing to do. Maybe 20 years ago, people were willing to do that as the way in and try to squeeze some learnings along the way, but they're more demanding in that way. It has nothing to do with how hard they're willing to work. It's that they want to see how things fit in and they want to make a difference.
