Hands, wrists, and arms

(upbeat music) - Welcome to Sky Yogi, I'm your Yogi for the day, Eric Leija. We're going to do a hands and arms segment, so join me first by sitting up nice and tall. Put your hands on the armrests or on your knees. Slowly inhale. On the exhale, rotate the hands palms up. Inhale and exhale, palms down. Again, up and palms down. We're warming up the muscles here in the forearms, and the wrists, the top of the hand, bottom of the hand, and down the fingers. One more time, palms down and palms up. From here, you're going to flex or make fists with your hands, clench your fists, and then slowly on the exhale, extend the fingers wherever you have space. If you need to, fingers face up and the backside of the fingertips, reach back towards you. Exhale. Make fists and exhale, extend the fingertips back. Make fists, palms face up, and extend the fingertips back, palms now face forward. Two more. One…
