(upbeat piano music) (click) - I remember when I first started in sales and the rejections felt so personal to me. Because I worked for a college newspaper, I believed in what I was selling, I just couldn't even believe that people wouldn't buy it. - (laughing) Right? - And I thought "oh my gosh, what have I done wrong? I meet rejection, like 25% of the people are not buying from me." - When rejection happens, what's helpful is to go look at the process and look at your close rate. You always know you're not going to have a 100% perfect close rate.
