- Who doesn't want to be perfect? I do, but I'm not. Perfection will stunt your growth. Perfection is this false belief, this myth that's out there. And I know we want to be polished. I know we want to be great. I know we want to be really good. But there's no such thing as perfect. There really isn't. And if you strive for perfection, you will freeze. You won't grow. It'll inhibit your career path. It will stop you from being seen in the best light as you possibly should be seen, and that is a growth mindset, learning, caring, empathetic, compassionate human being that wants to change not only yourself, the company, but the world in which we live.
