- It's great to have work lined up and you want to make sure that the quality you provide is top-notch. What if success catches up with you and you get too much work? You would need to start turning down work or let go and delegate to other people. If you're happy with how things are going, you don't have to grow your team. It's perfectly fine to say no to work that doesn't interest you, as in pay enough or requires too much travel. In that case, you can stop right here.
