- So green personalities are least commonly business leaders, but they should never be underestimated as they are out there and they're very trust orientated, so you can burn a bridge very early on. Green personalities are introverted and not detail-focused. They're focused on relationships, trust, and whether or not they like the person selling to them. The people buy from people saying has never been more true than when you're dealing with a green personality. So if you were to be selling them a car, it's that they're getting a good deal and whether or not they trust the salesman selling them the car.
