There's so many ways to look for clues enhance but don't you wish you could just hear the unvarnished truth from employees themselves. That's exactly the power that Glassdoor puts in your hands. If you aren't familiar with Glassdoor, this site's a platform for employees to review their employers. Then there are like Yelp prefer employees rather than customers. The site has reviews for employers of all sizes and it's widely used today so you may be surprised as to how much information you can find. When you look at a company's Glassdoor profile, you'll see a few basic pieces of information like the review rating on a five-star scale.
