- Ed Catmull, cofounder of Pixar Animation Studios, a company that has reshaped and dominated their industry, says, "Telling the truth is difficult, "but inside a creative company, "it is the only way to ensure excellence." A creative organization is characterized by the free flow of ideas and feedback. And yet, most of us view feedback with trepidation, experiencing it as judgmental or negative.
