- Think about the most successful projects you've ever been a part of. Chances are they share at least two success factors. First, you got off to a great start and you built momentum quickly. Right now, you're getting ready to embark on a major project moving to a hybrid model of work so you certainly want to get off to a great start and build momentum quickly.
