Acquire as much knowledge as you can, and surround yourself with people who have been down the road you're going. Network with other investors in your area and be sure to network with a variety of people, some who are just starting and some who've been in the business awhile. It's all about connecting dots. So your network will become invaluable as you launch on this new business.
