Getting the most from this course

- I received a really interesting e-mail from someone who's using this course with their whole team. And what they do is each week, they pick one video and all discuss it as a group. And I think this is particularly brilliant because it's easy to watch these videos and think "oh yeah, I already knew that. "Oh yes, I'm great at that and I never do those bad things." But how do you know? Is it possible that sometimes, you aren't as helpful as you think, or that your moods do vary more than you realize? And maybe some of the others in the team think that you're hard to talk to, or that you don't thank them enough, and you have no idea. And whether they're right or it's just their perception that is mistaken in some way almost doesn't matter. The problem is there and could probably be easily fixed if you only discussed it and agreed some plans for working together better. So my suggestion is that at the very least, you ask your colleagues for feedback. How am I doing in these areas that are discussed on this course? And ideally, you would suggest to your team that you all meet up and discuss the contents of this course. Perhaps watch the video together and then discuss it afterwards. Imagine what an amazing team you could end up with, if everyone bought in to doing everything that we cover. Good luck, you can do it.
