- [Voiceover] If you would like to get more information, you can visit our resource center by going up to your Profile Menu and clicking on Resource Center. This is our Lynda Pro Resource Center. It is its own public URL, so you can share this link with others if you want. The resource center has three different sections. Getting Started is going to give you some information about your set-up. I recommend downloading and using these announcement email templates to help announce Lynda.com to your users and give them information on how to log in and set up their profile.
We also have a link to our How to Use Lynda.com course. The Spread the Word section has a lot of promotional resources in it. At the bottom of the page, we have some client examples with different promotional strategies that other companies and organizations have used and were shared with us by those organizations because they were successful for them. So this is definitely a nice place to come for some inspiration. The Get Help section is information about our site. This has our frequently asked questions and this is a great place to go for all of your general questions.
We have a downloadable PDF of whitelist information here that will help you find solutions if your users are having trouble receiving Lynda.com emails. And if you have further questions, you can scroll to the bottom and see our Contact Us information with our 888 number and our email@example.com email address. Clicking on the Contact Us link offers more options to reach out to us either by sending a message to a specific department, or by location by selecting the North America; Europe, Middle East and Africa; or Asia-Pacific tab.
