- If you would like to get more information, you can visit our Resource Center by going up to your profile menu and clicking on 'Resource Center'. This is our lyndaEnterprise Resource Center. This is its own public URL, so you can share this link with others if you want. The Resource Center has three different sections: Getting Started, Spread the Word, and Get Help. Get Started is going to mostly give you information about your setup. Here, we have guides for user setup for IP authentication. And at the bottom, there's documentation for users who bulk upload to your account.
I recommend downloading those and sharing them with your users, if they have any questions. We also have these announcement email templates that you can use to help announce lynda.com to your users and give them information on how to login and set up their profile. The Spread the Word section has a lot of promotional resources in it. At the bottom of the page, we have some client examples with different promotional strategies that other companies and organizations have used, and were shared with us by those organizations because they were pretty successful for them, so this is definitely a nice place to come for some inspiration.
The Get Help section is information about our site. This has our Frequently Asked Questions, and this is a great place to go for all of your general questions. We have a downloadable PDF of whitelist information here that will help you find solutions if your users are having trouble receiving lynda.com emails. We also have a link to our How to Use lynda.com course. And if you have further questions, you can scroll to the bottom and see our Contact Us information, with our 888 number, and our firstname.lastname@example.org email address.
Our Client Services team is standing by Monday through Friday, during regular business hours. We hope this has been a helpful resource for you, and if you have any questions at all, just feel free to reach out.
