- When you're traveling for business, it's so important to make sure that you have all your documents, presentations, and other files you might need with you during your trip. Now, if you work primarily from your laptop, you might always have the files you need with you at all times, but if you split your work between your laptop and, say, a home or office computer, you might find that there are certain files you've left behind that you end up needing. And of course, you can't always know what files you'll need at any given situation. Now, one solution to this is to use a cloud-based service, something like Dropbox or OneDrive or iCloud Drive if you're on a Mac, but there are problems with cloud-based services, as well.
