- At BET, we're looking for women who are confident, who are curious, who are responsible, who are interested in making a difference in their community, who are clear about what their kind of special skill is. Is it if it's marketing, if it's connecting, but just really being clear on what that is. So you can present it in the best way. We're really looking for energy and curiosity to work across platforms. So working non-linear, but interested in experiences, you know, we are so work across so many different platforms and with so many different types of people, you have to be super flexible, and you have to be fearless. You have to really be fearless, willing to take a chance, and you have to be willing to have fun.
