- [Instructor] You can also do online lead generation. So people are a lot more into technology these days. People are using pay-per-click, Google Ad words. I honestly haven't done a ton of Google Ad words or pay-per-click. What I have gotten deals off of is Facebook. We use Facebook ads from time-to-time. And we've seen good leads from that, both seller leads and buyer leads. But you have to do it consistently. Again, it's not like a one-and-done strategy. And there's another website, BiggerPockets.com. It's an online forum for real estate investors. Start posting on those forums, et cetera. You'll make a lot of connections, remote connections as well.
