- There are a lot of ways to launch a macro once it's been recorded I'm going to show you four right now. Here's this data about coffee inventory. It comes in regularly, and then it has to be processed. For one thing, I'm only interested in three of these stores and I want low level alerts. Store B is one I'm interested in. PJ is the manager and that store has one coffee and there is none ordered.
