(bright upbeat music) - If you're in a big company, working with different departments can feel like working in entirely different organizations. - And if you're in a smaller company, you might find working with someone who maybe even sits right next to you, but manages a different function is also surprisingly different. - So common workplace tensions are sales and underwriting or marketing and IT or my personal favorite HR and finance (Lisa laughing). - Each one of those departments, maybe even each person has their own set of metrics and their own agenda and their own mindset.
