(magical instrumental music) When creating company culture in a team, it's important to be lighthearted. People want to have fun. So as a leadership team, you should be embracing that. On my teams, we've done things like hold virtual Halloween parties where I was a wizard one year with long, flowing locks. So, first I want to talk about what the differences are between work and play. And I remember hearing from somebody that you learn more about somebody in 15 minutes of play than you do from a whole week of working together, which I think is a really powerful statement. Some ways you can incorporate play into your daily work activities, is doing something like having a virtual happy hour. People can get on video and just share their favorite beverage together over a casual conversation.
