(bright upbeat music)…- [Instructor] You can quickly change the look…of your table in Microsoft Word.…Place the cursor inside a cell,…change to the Design tab, and click the down arrow…to choose a pre-formatted table design.…Highlight a row, column, or the entire table…by clicking the crosshair icon on the top left hand side.…Change to the Layout tab.…Now you can choose to align the text…in your entire table within each cell.…
You can even change the text direction.…Finally resize the table to match the text…it contains by highlighting the entire table.…On the Layout tab choose Autofit,…and choose Autofit Contents.…(bright upbeat music)…
