(upbeat music) - Hi, it's Claire. We're going to do some forearm stretches today. If you liked the self-massage for the forearms, you'll enjoy this too. We're going to start in a standing position so go ahead and scoot out from your desk and stand up. Find a nice base. Make sure you feel firm and steady. You can widen your stance if you need to depending on how high your desk is. We'll bring the palms to face up and we'll start by putting the middle fingers on the surface of the desk and just slowly leaning forward. You want to bend at the pelvis a little bit here so that you don't get yourself into a position where you're leaning too far forward and then you can't hold yourself up. So bending from the pelvis a little bit to lean into the hands as we slowly bring each fingertip to the surface of the desk, try and extend the thumbs outward.
