- [Instructor] Set up an automated followup system through Google Calendar or Outlook. Set up your reminders on a calendar to follow up within 24 hours after an offer is submitted. If your offer is rejected set up a reminder to follow up in 14 days to see if the deal fell through, then you can resubmit your offer. When you're working with agents, get them to follow up on offers they submit for you or on property status. Create a process and train them to do it. Follow up is a key to success. Being consistent with your followup will bring more deals. Follow up with agents, follow up on property status especially follow up with sellers for more opportunities. This is an area of your business that you can create systems and then outsource.
