- [Instructor] You can really do it really, one of two ways. If it's on the MLS, you can set reminders in the MLS, so that you'll get notified via email, if the status changes, that's one way. Another way is if it's not on the MLS, or if it is on the MLS, and you just want to remember is, Thursdays are Follow-Up Thursdays in the office. So every Thursday, regardless of what the acquisitions team is doing, they're required to follow up on past offers. Not all of them, 'cause we write sometimes 60 offers a week. But on the offers that they've deemed, worthy of following up on, because of the conversation they had with the agent, the offer that was accepted, they knew it was too high. So Follow-Up Thursdays. So I could apply that in your business. Take a day of the week, and have it be a follow-up day, and go to your tracking sheet, and go make calls, on those properties. Very simple. I mean that's…
