(upbeat music) - Hi, welcome to Sky Yogi. My name is Casey. We're going to be playing with a nice little seated twist in our seat today. So when we're seated in a rather confined space for a long period of time, it's easy for the muscles to start to like, kind of get lazy and stiff, and then that'll cause the bones to get kind of stiff and just all around, like, a little bit of discomfort can lead to like a lot of discomfort, so that when we get up off out of the plane, we may be creaky and moving around, like in a not so comfortable way. So just by bringing in these very simple seated postures that we can help to kind of align the spine a little bit. And by twisting the spine, we actually activate a lot more blood flow up and down the spinal column, into the brain, down into our legs, feeding our organs a little bit more, just waking us up a little bit.
