- I've got to talk to you about time. Connection and time go together hand-in-hand, and really in this busy world that we live in, now, of of course, checking our cell phones every few seconds. Well, we want to make sure that we're in connection with ourselves. Connection with ourselves mean we are at unity and at peace with who we are and what we are about and what we're going to do. I mean, how can you connect with somebody else when you're really not in connection with yourself, so I like to say don't try to work on a goal and set aside three hours of your life. You know you can't even do that right now. You know that you haven't even been able to finish last year's goals or resolutions or intentions. So let's start with just five minutes.
