- When I find myself stumbling off course, or somehow steering away from what I've prioritized, which happens more than I'd like to admit, the habits I've built to find and foster focus, allow me to get back on track. With these habits in place, I can continue to move things forward in a way that works best for me quickly and easily. I trust these habits because they've been firmly ingrained in my mind. Here are three habits I use that you can adopt to help you find and foster focus. Number one, theme your time. Time is designed to be universally understood. But if you want to personalize it, then giving blocks of time a theme will help you dedicate those time periods to your priorities. When you're consistent with those themes, say, by using themes for each day, or different hours of the day, then you'll not only find time to work on anything you prioritize, but you'll feel like you have more agency over your…
