- So I just want to give you some final thoughts at the end of this course. So the main thing is to always be asking, why? You came up a few times, and you have to absolutely live by it. So use it when you're lost and use it when you're stumped. And remember, it'll help you reveal the actual objection, it might even help you find another selling point to work to entirely. Second one is sometimes accept it, but only for now. So sometimes a battle can be won, accept that, but don't leave it forever. Make sure you get that contract expiry date and make sure you find out when the next free, when that project is over, maybe when that person you're speaking to is going to one day become the decision maker. Maybe when a new person is coming in. Just keep gathering information that you can then use to your advantage. And the last one is to do the work for them.
