- Hi there! I am about to lead you through an awesome sequence. It should take about four minutes, and it's basically acupressure with a little bit of breathing. And it's the perfect thing if you're feeling frustrated, particularly if you're feeling frustrated and blocked or stuck, like you can't move forward with something that you need to get done or completed. Also, if you're feeling a creative block, this is a perfect one for that too. So we're going to start up at the ears, and this point is called Shen Men. It's actually right at the top crevice of the ear. It feels like, feels like it was made for your finger to go right in there. So you're going to take your pointer finger, and what I do is actually bring my thumb in because I have a nice thumbnail there. I bring the thumbnail into that crevice and then just push with my thumbnail. You'll know when you hit it because it'll feel like something, whew. It's like striking gold.
