Fears that inform leadership

- My fears really inform me to act, and sometimes my fears really encourage me to just take a beat, 'cause I think when you have fear kind of sometimes makes you do something that's not the smartest thing. And so that to learn you know. If you have fear or if I have anxiety, I just got a little something that just says breathe on it. And it's just to remember to just take a breath and take a beat. Because whatever you are fearing, there's a solution for it, or there's someone who can help you. But you have to sit and think about it like if you are you know. And I can't remember who said this quote, and it's going to drive me crazy. But someone said you know, "If you're smiling, "you're not going to be in fear." So if you just by nature of smiling, you're immediately not afraid. And I was like, I never thought about that. And so sometimes you just have to lean back, smile, and breathe, and then usually you start laughing about whatever like, you're like that is not even fearful. Like that can't happen. Like I know so and so, they can help me with this, or you know, let me just. And so many times, if you do nothing, just do nothing. Whatever you most fear will pass and then whatever is for you is for you. And it'll appear.
