(upbeat music) - Hi. Today, I'd like to do a face massage which is one of my favorite things to do, especially when I'm feeling really tired at my desk. So go ahead and bend your elbows and place your palms on your head. And just for a second, stroke your forward and actually ask yourself, how do you feel? Take a deep inhale, exhale. So keep stroking your forehead from the center of your forehead, out to the temples. Of course there's no wrong way to do this except not do it. So keep doing it a few more times. Take a few exhales through your mouth. Really cleansing. And then place your two first fingers, make little lobster claws, and place them around your temples and begin to massage gently in a circle. You might even like a little pressure, especially if you tend towards headaches. That can feel really nice. Of course, adjust your touch for yourself. And then go ahead and change direction. Keep…
