- [Voiceover] Let's explore some reporting options. Here in the Reports tab, you have the option to pull a wide variety of reports about your users to help you better understand the viewing patterns and history of your users. You'll notice that I don't have a lot users input into my account yet, so I don't have a lot of information populating here, but as soon as your users start activating their lynda.com accounts, numbers will start generating here. These reports do auto update hourly. To start, choose a particular group you want to view.
Here I have the everyone group selected and next to that, choose your date range. From the dropdown menu, I've chosen the last three months. You can choose one of these other options or choose a custom date range and then simply click Update and here you have a high level view of reports generated in the widgets. If you want to change around the view of your widgets, just hover over one of the pods until the crosshairs appear. Click on it and move that pod to anywhere you want to change the view to.
Release and it'll stay there. You can customize your dashboard here to your liking or you can hover over a certain pod and click the X to hide that pod altogether or you can also add additional widgets from the dropdown menu at the bottom of the page. You can also choose to view reports in just specific groups. Say I wanted to look at the Employees group over the last three months and then I'll click Update. Now, if you want to see a more detailed list of these reports, you may want to download your reports and you can do that right here on the right.
The Download Reports reflect the information that is selected in these data ranges so remember to make sure you have your desired group and time frame selected before you download the report. We'll look at how to do that next.
