Use the careers diagram to categorize each of the traditional supply chain roles so that you can decide what you like to do, what you are good at, and what you can get paid for.
- We've talked about a lot of jobs … in different parts of the supply chain, … but what does that mean for you? … Well, let's pause for a few minutes … and think about the things that sounded interesting. … Imagine yourself working … in each of these different functions. … Do you think there are some jobs that you'd enjoy doing? … Could you make a living doing each of those jobs? … In other words, would people pay you enough to do them? … Are you qualified to do those jobs? … If not, what qualifications would you need to have … in order to be an attractive candidate? … Try to make a list of at least 10 jobs … that you really think would be a good fit … for you in the future … even if you don't have all of the qualifications right now. … Then, hang on to those answers. … We'll come back to them later in the course. … …
