- [Instructor] Referring services can be a fairly easy way to generate additional income. Some referral for services include construction services, hard money lenders, mortgage brokers. These are all people who are always trying to find new clients. If you come across people who need these services and are good potential customers, referring them can earn you some extra money. We'll first talk about construction services. We all have go-to primary contractors and we have some additional contractors that we probably have come into contact with. If you come across someone who needs some contracting services and it's a slow time and your contractor has capacity and it won't interfere with anything you're doing, why not refer them?
