Excel against the competition

- [Instructor] After looking at the property and validating your repair estimates, drive the comps. That means bring a map of the comparable properties you used to determine ARV and drive by them. See if there are any similarities or differences that will affect the valuation of your subject or potential deal property. If possible, check out the comps that are listed for sale, so you get an idea what the active competition looks like.
