- [Instructor] There have been some things in our business over a decade now that have tremendously transformed and radically transformed our business. Tracking metrics and numbers is one of them. And I'm not just talking about it in the real estate side, although it's made a significant impact, and I'll talk about that. We're going to focus on what we call KPI. It's a acronym for Key Performance Indicators. A KPI is a Key Performance Indicator. And what a Key Performance Indicator is in our business is something that we can look at that tells us the health or tells us the lack of health in a certain area of what we're doing. You know, what a lot of people don't do a good enough job of is focusing on, in the real estate business, in my opinion, is by spending the time after a project's done to actually dissecting it and breaking it down and finding out what went well and what didn't go well.
