- Values and proofs can be organized into a matrix. Let's look at Domino's. When they say with their slogan 30 minutes always or it's free, what value does this cover? Well, it creates personal value. You will not experience the anxiety of not knowing when your pizza will be delivered. And as far as the proof, it was clearly demonstrated by their statement, or it's free. In fact, the modern application of that slogan can be found in the app Domino's created called The Tracker. It shows you exactly where your pizza is. So, Domino would fall here under personal and demo on the matrix. Let's look at another example. This one from Sony. The proof here is the demo. You can't tell which is the projector and which is the computer, so it demonstrates the projector is very compact. And the value is personal. You won't break your back carrying this projector.
