Example habit customizations

- Customization is the most important part of a unique habit. So let's consider some examples of how to do it. I'm going to use the example template as a starting point, and I'm going to make three different customizations to show you how to do this. Looking at the template, let's go down to the bottom and imagine this person chose a how customization. They check that box, and they look at the how section of the description. They decide that the first step of listening to music is a distraction and not helpful, so they marked down that they're going to remove the first step. Then they copy all the information from how with what and so on, but leave out the first step. Then in the new template, they put the new start date, which is typically two weeks from the last start point. Let's do this again. After two weeks, they reassess their progress on November 3rd.
