- Hi, I'm Carrie from Chill. Do you ever end your day thinking about all of the things that went wrong throughout your day? All of the challenges that came to you and what you might be worried about going wrong the next day? This is a natural process of our brains that are wiring us toward negative bias and that's a perfectly natural function. However, when we end our day with a mindful practice of gratitude, we tend to focus on and appreciate the positive aspects of our day, and this allows us to have a calm and peaceful mind that gives us a more restful, easy way to fall asleep. So let's practice. Go ahead and settle into a comfortable resting posture. One in which you can really feel the stress and tension of your body melt off of you as you settle in to find peace and relaxation.
