- I played a lot of sports in high school. I was a terrible athlete and we lost a lot of games, and we won some too. But I remember on my softball team, our coach always reviewed how we played during a game. She told us where we did well and where we needed improvement and even which people performed well, so overall, we knew not only if we won or lost, but we also knew what was working and who was performing well. I always think of this when it comes to evaluating DIBs programs because more often than not, organizations don't evaluate their successes. And even when they do, they rarely examine which specific parts of the programs are doing well and which people were doing well. It can be really difficult to do this unless you set up your DIBs program with this type of evaluation in mind.
