- It's not up to your clients to remember to do business with you, it's up to you to remind them. Here are two specific tips you can use to reestablish contact with your customers. Number one. Call your inactive clients. Try this. Pick up the phone and call 10 inactive customers. Seriously, it works. You'll make back the investment you made in this course today, and most likely much more.
