- [Woman] Appreciation, non-judgment, curiosity, one of the major tools that helps in conflict of any kind, whether it's with employees or with people at home. I mean, these skills apply everywhere. Well, I'll give you an example of this. So one of the clients I was working with was quite upset with her colleague who because she copied everyone on every single email. And so I said, well, what would you, what question would you like to ask your colleague? And she said, well, I'd like to ask why she copies everybody on every single email. And I said, okay, well, it's a great question. Can you ask it in a more curious way? And she said, okay, and she worked on it, she practiced, and she got to the point where she said it in a way that, probably, her colleague could hear it really well. And I said, okay, so what do you have to do to be able to say it that way? Cause it's not just what you say it's how you say it. She said…
