- Your HR team is your number one partner when it comes to developing, planning, and implementing a viable cross-generational age diversity initiative. But to be effective, HR has to also walk the talk when it comes to all of the challenges and new attitudes associated with age diversity. Here are some ways to effectively optimize HR's contribution to the age diversity effort. Recruiting age-diverse teams is the gateway to ensuring that multi-generational perspectives can spread throughout the organization.
