- Envision this. You're walking into a conference room, about to lead a project meeting. As you open the door to the room, you notice your team members are patiently sitting around the table. However, one seat is noticeably empty. There is paperwork on the table in front of the seat. And curiously enough, there appear to be talking notes placed neatly on top. Just before you begin your presentation, someone interrupts you and politely asks, "I think we're missing someone. "Do you know who it is?"
