- [Instructor] Encourage goal setting and tracking. If you're using the right kinds of language, you'll have primed them to know that hey, if their dedication got them this far, what else could they accomplish in their business? Well, if they're thinking that way, giving them and teaching them to use goals inside of your business only pushes them to that next level and says, hey, if I can grow, let's be deliberate about it. It tells them that they can grow. It communicates that there is another level that they can reach. It helps employees and those with whom you work achieve their personal and business best. And remember, by growing, by improving, there's a fulfillment, there's a satisfaction, there's a joy, and happy fulfilled people tend to make good coworkers, employees, and contractors.
