- So we know today and in the future, one size does not fit all even if you think of something as simplistic as clothing. When I buy something that says one size fits all, it doesn't kind of fit me right and I don't know why. Sometimes it's the arms, sometimes it's the length, could be anything. So one size fits all is a fallacy and that's never more important than at work and how we treat each other. We talk about the golden rule even, treat others the way you want to be treated but that's fallacy too because maybe Bob doesn't want to be treated the way I want to be treated. Maybe Lauren wants to be treated in a different way because she's struggling with following how fast I talk.
