- When you're working as a team, remotely, paying attention to the different types of personalities on your team are super important because you're not getting that constant feedback like you would in an office to clue you in how different personalities relate to the work that you're doing. Plus, different personalities relate to remote work in a different way that they normally would in an office, and it's really important that you understand those voices and lift them up so all voices are heard.
