Effectively addressing problem-solving

- Problems don't have to be difficult or hard to deal with. As William F. Halsey, an admiral in the U.S Navy once said, "All problems become smaller "when you confront them instead of dodging them." Imagine having a simple, yet robust method, that helps guide you step-by-step toward confronting and solving your problems. Well, that's precisely what the A3 problem solving methodology does. People at any level can use it, plus, it applies to any industry. Hi, my name is Sam Yankelevitch, and as a systemic problem solver, the A3 has been one of my preferred methodologies to help organizations improve their results. It's based on plan, do, check, act thinking, where we illustrate the problem on an A3-size worksheet, which is roughly 11 by 17 inches. In this course, I'll provide you with instructions for adopting this deeply effective problem solving process to help you move away from band-aid solutions and instead, toward achieving sustainable solutions to your problems. So, let's get you there. Join me to start thinking logically toward solving problems in a more effective way by using the A3 methodology.
