Driving change and anti-racism

- Advocating for driving change and anti-racism are more important now than ever. The market is changing, and now we have a unique opportunity to create the equitable society that we all want and deserve. And so you might be wondering what do I mean when I say anti-racism? And I mean this: There are structural forces that create and perpetuate inequities in our society, and we need to be intentional about creating solutions that counteract those forces.
